Jess, you say a lot, so eloquently. This has been quite a week. In the wake of trump's cheating and lying and the leak, the Roe v. Wade decision was inevitable. But Cassidy Hutchinson's testimony yesterday was a surprise... so patriotic and heroic. She's 26, and if things are going to turn around, it will be because of courageous young people like Cassidy. She gives me hope.
I myself ,am reflecting on how we reached this point in history , having so many people voting in 2020 for a president toddler bent on destroying 246 years of democracy and freedoms .Hopefully we can put too rest a fascist wanna be dictator . And the brave young woman ,that just maybe put the finishing touches on saving our democracy .
I really notice the message sent by the flags as well. Very hopeful signs you report. I have noticed a lot more state flags out in the rural areas of Missouri and that tells me something too.
