I love your focus on dates, and your appreciation of their significance. And April 15 is, indeed, monumental. I think there's a picture, from the 16th, of two slippers with a shaker or maraca between them. Great memory! I love the idea of trying to get songs out of your head, regardless of how they got there in the first place. I think it's cool when a song you wrote or performed gets stuck in your head. Even a silly song can seem better when it gets stuck like that... sometimes. I really appreciate your thoughts for this Good Friday.

I think it goes without saying I inherited my appreciation for dates... I would love to see this slipper/shaker picture!

Thank you, and ya know, "Shake It Off" isn't a bad tune!

This definitely jars the memory files. It was a difficult time for us as we counted the days until our Big Hug. The dance party was a joyous occasion.

Yes, the music loop we get in our heads when hearing a tune is just how we flow. And, we all have our singing ranges. 😉

And, why is this night different from all other nights? Because we can hug, gather round the table and eat Vegan Passover foods and drink. But best of all we can be together. We celebrate liberation.

This year, additions to our traditional Seder plate will include olives to symbolize hope for peace in the Ukraine 🌻; an orange as a symbol of LGBTQIA+ inclusion, and tomatoes to honor the farm workers who put food on our tables. Happy Passover. 💚
