From sex and family drama to work woes and hangovers, what's on your mind today? Welcome to a space to reflect light on three things, and please share if you're comfortable doing so. Day 40!
Wow... that Roger Ebert quote is perfect. I always liked and admired that guy... and usually agreed with his movie reviews. He shows and shares such great wisdom. Thank you Jessica for including it. I've been pondering the friendship issue you talked about yesterday. I think empathy is the most important thing, and on top of that, some people have evolved, or devolved, over the last couple years, and their empathy level is something of a barometer. It's a shame there weren't any guys in that How To Write Angry, Honestly creative writing class. I'm sure it would've been interesting to hear their stories... if only they were gutsy enough to write about them them. Very meaningful MATs, and photo, today. Thank you.
Thank you, I think R. Ebert was on my mind because of my Chicago post the other morning! Empathy is certainly one of the most important things in life, and it's such a shame some people just don't give a fuck about other people. Did Dr. Fauci say at the beginning of this pandemic something like, "I don't know how to explain to you that you should care for other people."
And ha, interesting perspective on the gutsiness of men in taking such a course. Thank you!
I loved the quote and the wisdom it gives Mrs Snugs ❤️❤️❤️.
Thank you, Mr. Snugs!
